SharePoint Online (SPO)

SPO Power User

This course delivers the complete site owner story from start to finish in an engaging and practical way to ensure you have the confidence to plan and create new sites or manage your existing sites in SharePoint Online. Your goal is to learn how to make SharePoint online relevant to your team by using a sites functionality to help you share information and collaborate with your colleagues. During the class you will also learn best practices and ‘what not to do’ as you watch live, interactive demonstrations and put theory into practice with hands on exercises in SharePoint Online.

SPO Administration

This course will introduce the audience to SharePoint Online Administration in Microsoft 365 and explain and demonstrate the configuration options for SharePoint Online. The course is appropriate for existing SharePoint On-Premises administrators and new administrators to Microsoft 365 who need to understand how to correctly setup SharePoint Online for their company. The course will also help SharePoint On-Premises administrators understand the differences between SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online.

Microsoft Teams

This course will provide information for team members and administrators to help you become familiar with the core features of Teams and how it integrates with other Microsoft 365 services. In addition to Team concepts, we will explore channels, messaging (chat, audio, and video), meetings, file management, team configuration options, tabs, connectors, and App management.

Introduction to Power Apps & Power Automate

This instructor led course provides a hands-on introduction to Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. During this course you will learn how to build a Canvas PowerApp that uses an Excel file stored in OneDrive and a SharePoint list as data sources. The App will also use Power Automate to process the information collected from users of the App. By the end of the course you will be able to do the following:

    • Build a Canvas App which uses multiple data sources
    • Add, edit and remove Power Apps controls and screens
    • Write formulas to modify controls and content displayed in the app
    • Test the app and correct any errors
    • Modify App Settings to customize the App
    • Share and Publish the App for use by other people

Advanced Power Apps and Power Automate for Microsoft 365 Users

This instructor led hands-on course is designed to help students get the most out of their “seeded” Microsoft 365 license for Power Apps and Power Automate. This 3-day course will focus on building canvas apps using data sources in SharePoint, Excel, and OneDrive. You will learn advanced techniques that go well beyond the general knowledge available through free training and videos on the Internet. By the end of the course you will understand how to employ the following advanced features:

    • Create custom integrated forms for SharePoint lists
    • Use built-in Flows in SharePoint
    • Manage large data sources with delegable functions
    • Work with complex DateTime values
    • Leverage offline data capabilities
    • Design Apps that adapt to different devices, layouts, and orientations
    • Create complex Approval Flows
    • Build Flows that run on a schedule
    • Pass data between Power Apps and Power Automate
