This course delivers the complete site owner story from start to finish in an engaging and practical way to ensure you have the confidence to plan and create new sites or manage your existing sites in SharePoint Online. Your goal is to learn how to make SharePoint online relevant to your team by using a sites functionality to help you share information and collaborate with your colleagues. During the class you will also learn best practices and ‘what not to do’ as you watch live, interactive demonstrations and put theory into practice with hands on exercises in SharePoint Online.
This course will introduce the audience to SharePoint Online Administration in Office 365 and explain and demonstrate the configuration options for SharePoint Online. The course is appropriate for existing SharePoint On-Premises administrators and new administrators to Office 365 who need to understand how to correctly setup SharePoint Online for their company. The course will also help SharePoint On-Premises administrators understand the differences between SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online.
Office 365 Services
This course will provide information for team members and administrators to help you become familiar with the core features of Teams and how it integrates with other Office 365 services. In addition to Team concepts, we will explore channels, messaging (chat, audio, and video), meetings, file management, team configuration options, tabs, connectors, and App management.
This instructor-led course provides a breakdown of Microsoft PowerApps that includes topics on how to design, test, and publish new applications when working with several different data sources. You'll also learn how to design and implement branding, more in-depth topics on Controls that can be used in a custom form. In addition to learning about Canvas Apps, you will also explore model-driven apps, and how to integrate PowerApps with other Office 365 services including; Teams, SharePoint Online, and Flow. This course also provides an administrative perspective when working with PowerApps which discusses analytical, and usage trend topics, importing and exporting PowerApps as well as some higher level settings which will help secure your PowerApps.
This course will begin with an introduction to Flow, how Flow can be used to automate business processes, the use of out of the box Flow templates, working with actions within a template, publishing, deleting, and the triggering of a Flow. While creating Flows we will discuss topics including; conditions, switches, and loops. You'll see Flow has the capability to integrate with external sources using connectors, and how well the Flow mobile app can be used. This course also provides an administrative perspective when working with Flow which discusses analytical, and usage trend topics, importing and exporting Flows, as well as some higher level settings which will help secure your Flows.
